These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") and kc444 (hereinafter referred to as "kc444", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at kc444.bio.

By accessing the kc444 platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

To register an account and use the kc444 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated or under guardianship are not permitted to register.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active kc444 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with balances forfeited at kc444's sole discretion.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of kc444 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. kc444 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate player-supplied information.

To access the full range of kc444 features, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid mobile number or email address, creating a strong password, and accepting these Terms. kc444 may require additional identity documents (National ID, passport, utility bill, or similar) as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process before activating withdrawal functionality.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kc444 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. kc444 will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified us of a security breach without undue delay.

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify kc444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• kc444 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

kc444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects has been accessed without authorisation, is being used fraudulently, or is the subject of a dispute.

kc444 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. kc444 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which kc444 accepts no responsibility.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Deposit speed: Deposits via mobile money (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited instantly under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• KYC requirement: First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above a threshold determined by kc444 require satisfactory completion of the KYC process. kc444 may request documents at any time.
• Ownership of payment method: All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied for Bangladeshi players using supported local payment methods.

kc444 reserves the right to reverse a deposit, delay a withdrawal, or freeze a balance if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is reversed for legitimate compliance reasons, the funds will be returned to your kc444 account balance pending investigation.

kc444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the more specific promotion terms shall apply to that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. kc444 may exclude certain players or player groups from specific promotions at its discretion.
• One bonus per offer: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture.
• Bonus abuse: kc444 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including pattern betting, arbitrage strategies, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not been used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real-money deposits that remain separate from a bonus balance may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard KYC requirements.

kc444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, including for active players who have already opted in, where continued operation of the promotion is not commercially viable or where abuse is detected.

All bets placed on the kc444 sports book and all wagers made in the kc444 casino are subject to the specific game and market rules published on the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

• Bet acceptance: kc444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were displayed erroneously due to a technical fault.
• Manifest errors: Bets placed at odds or prices that were clearly incorrect due to a software error, human error, or data feed failure are void. kc444 will notify affected players and return staked amounts promptly.
• Result disputes: Official results are determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). kc444 will settle markets in accordance with the official result. In the event of a genuine dispute, the kc444 Decision is final.
• Suspended markets: kc444 may suspend betting markets at any time without prior notice, including during live events, at its own discretion or in response to information received.
• Bet limits: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits may vary by player and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Casino game integrity: All casino games use certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are not influenced by kc444, its staff, or any external party. kc444 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return to any player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kc444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way not sanctioned by kc444.
• Engaging in or attempting to engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documents.
• Opening or operating more than one kc444 account, whether under your own name or that of another person.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person without their express written consent and kc444's prior approval.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit a shared strategic advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any bugs discovered must be reported to kc444 support immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation on events available in the kc444 sports book.
• Using the platform in any manner that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to kc444 staff, other players, or third parties.
• Attempting to circumvent security controls, including two-factor authentication bypass, OTP interception, or session hijacking.

All content on the kc444 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of kc444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kc444 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the kc444 platform without the prior written consent of kc444.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Red Tiger — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. kc444 is a licensed distributor of that content and does not claim ownership over it.

kc444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at kc444.bio/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

• The player is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an account.
• Account security has been compromised and suspension is required to protect the player's funds.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires account restriction.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation by the player, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting kc444 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets will be settled normally and the remaining balance returned to the player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kc444 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or these Terms.

kc444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events may affect platform availability. kc444 is not liable for any losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

kc444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kc444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kc444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kc444 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

Your continued use of the kc444 platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The current version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions. kc444 does not maintain a public archive of prior Terms versions; if you require a previous version for legal purposes, please contact us.
